Following is important information regarding, Packet Pickup, Summer Walk-Through Registration for all grades, and New Student Enrollment for the 2014-2015 school year.
If your student attends one of our feeder middle schools they are automatically in our database and you need to pick up the San Clemente High School Registration packet for the registration walk through in August. Please read through all the information and check back periodically for updates.
REGISTRATION PACKET PICKUP DAYS
Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2014 9am-12 noon
Wednesday, Aug. 6, 2014 4pm-7pm
Thursday, Aug. 7, 2014 9am-12 noon
Students and/or parents can drive thru the main parking lot and pick up a Registration packet. Read your packet thoroughly! Walk-through Registration has become more streamlined! The packet includes all the forms necessary to start school and much more.
SUMMER WALK-THROUGH REGISTRATION FOR ALREADY ENROLLED STUDENTS
During the registration process students will be able to do the following and more:
* Turn in required forms to start school
* Purchase ASB cards, PE uniforms, spirit items and parking permits
* Have ID photos and yearbook photos taken, etc..

MAKEUP REGISTRATION – all grade levels
Monday, 8/25 – Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 11 a.m. (Doors will close promptly at 11:00)

Students New to the Capistrano Unified School District
Following is information for Students New to the Capistrano Unified School District (from out of state, from private schools, or moved into our boundary). To confirm your address and that we are your home school go to www.capousd.org – parents – “Find Your School,” or click on the following website: http://webapps.capousd.org/sls/schoollookup.aspx. Once you have confirmed your address please go to sctritons.com and click on “New On-line Student Enrollment.”
Click on Online New Student Enrollment and complete the application. Bring a copy of the completed application to the guidance department and bring the following to complete the enrollment process. When you come to the school to finish the enrollment process there may be other paperwork to complete.
- 2 forms of Proof of Residence (must be current electric, gas or water/sewer bill AND mortgage, lease or rental agreement)
- Immunization Records and proof of Tdap
- Unofficial Transcript and most recent grades if grades are not listed on the transcript
- Birth Certificate (If student has not previously attended school in California)
- Student’s previous classes and grades

You may complete the online enrollment process prior to the dates listed above during the hours of Monday – Friday, 8 - 12. YOU STILL MUST ADHERE TO THE MATRICULATION DATE IF REQUIRED FOR YOUR STUDENT. After you are enrolled you will be able to pick up your Registration Packet in August and your student may attend the Summer Walk-Through Registration. Please CLICK HERE to access the form to complete a class change from you student online registration for Fall 2014. Turn completed form into your Academic Advisor's folder located in the Guidance Office.
