• SCHS will have all payments online via Total Registration this year (NO payments will be accepted on campus).
• All (and only San Clemente) students will create a NEW account with Total Registration. Click on link for new account and instructions:       www.TotalRegistration.net/AP/052814
• All students will register for their AP exams AND sign up for a mandatory Pre-Admin Sessions using Total Registration
• Print and Keep a copy of your AP exam registration and payment confirmation for your records
• MARK your calendar for both your AP exams and the Pre-Admin Session you selected—failure to attend your session will cause your exam to be cancelled.
• Pick up a “Bulletin for AP students and Parents Handbook” which is available in the Guidance Office. This is your guide to answer your questions on how to prepare for the exams as well as the test administration policies and procedures.

Registration Prices and deadlines:

• ​If you need financial assistance you MUST see Ms. Tran in the Guidance Office as soon as possible by no later than February 23rd  for a forms and approval. 
• Students will also need a copy of their Free/Reduced Lunch confirmation letter (OR other financial documentation)

• IB  Exam or CIF Sport Conflict:

  1. IB Students:  It is your responsibility, not the school’s, to figure out if you have a scheduling conflict with IB/AP exams. See Ms. Tran as soon as possible to order an alternate exam.
  2. Student Athlete:  It is your responsibility to confirm with your coach if  your (only sanctioned) CIF events will conflict with an AP exam.  Once the conflict is confirmed by the coach, an alternate test may be ordered and $45 extra fee will be charged by the College Board. See Ms. Tran to order.                                

• If you received College Board—approved accommodations or need to apply for accommodations, contact Ms. Tran as soon as possible but before February 19th; please note it takes approximately 7 weeks to complete the process to support your request.​
