Refunds and Cancellations

Students who do not test will be eligible to receive a refund for their test. Refunds from this point forward will be granted AFTER testing has concluded in June. No further action is needed and we will not be issuing refunds until after testing has concluded. If you access your E-Ticket, you will not be eligible for a refund for that exam. No exceptions.

If you do not test, we will be cross-referencing testing rosters from College Board after testing has concluded and issuing refunds at that time to families who did not test ($5 processing fee per exam is non-refundable as is already charged to us by our payment system when your initial payment was collected).

**This only applies to tests not taken due to the Coronavirus. Exams cancelled prior to March 16 are not eligible for refund**
