                                                 Facility Requests

We will no longer be using paper copies to book facilities at San Clemente High School.  Everything must be completed online.  Once the request has been completed online it will be sent to the Activities Director for approval and then receive final district approval.

Here is a step by step process:

-Go to https://cusd.civicpermits.com/

-  You will be prompted to create an account.

-Once you have created an account you will be able to log in and view the facility calendar as well as book facilities.

-  To view SCHS facility calendar click on the “Calendar” link located on the top of the website.

-Choose your school site, Choose the facility you are looking to reserve, Choose “Approved Events”

Then click “Apply”.  The SCHS calendar will come up and show what days that facility is booked.

-To submit a Facility Request-

-Click the green highlighted button “New Permit Request” in the upper right hand corner.

-Fill in the event name as well as the Location of the event (ex: San Clemente High School)

 - Click the Green highlighted button labeled “Add Facility”

-Choose your facility, time and date.  If it is a repeating event choose that option on the bottom.  Once you have chosen the facility click on the green “Add” button. ( In the area for additional comments;  Please make sure to include what you will need set up and how you want the facility set up.)

- At the bottom of the page “Check” I agree to the facility use terms and conditions.

- To complete the request process you muck click “ Submit”

-  The request will be sent to the Activities Director who will either Approve or Deny the request.

Things to keep in mind, events on the weekend require additional custodial support.  This is often overtime for the custodians.  The district will bill the party requesting the facility for the custodial support.   If you are a club or sport please remember to fill out a PO prior to the event.
