2016-17 Registration Information

 

Drive-thru Registration Packet Pick-up @ the Main Parking Lot: 

Tuesday, July 19 @ 9:00am-12:00pm

Wednesday, July 20 @ 4:00pm-7:00pm

Thursday, July 21 @ 9:00am-12:00pm

 

Join us on the following dates for Walk-Thru Registration:

  • 12th Grade:  Tuesday, July 26 @ 8:00am to 11:00am
  • 11th Grade:  Wednesday, July 27 @  8:00am to 11:00am
  • 10th Grade:  Thursday, July 28 @ 8:00am to 11:00am
  • 9th Grade:   Friday, July 29 @ 8:00am to 11:00am

     

(Submit registration documents, verify student’s tentative class schedule, take pictures for ASB, and buy PE clothes, etc. at your Walk-Thru Registration session.)

 

Make-up Registration Day for all grades:

Monday, August 1st @ 8:00am to 11:00am

2016-17 incoming student from non-cusd/private schools

If your student attended a non-CUSD or private school in 2015-16, please follow these instructions to begin enrollment for the 2016-2017 school year. 

 

Step 1:  Click here to enroll a new student online (select the 2016-17 school year)

 

Step 2: Once the online form is complete, you will need to submit copies of the following to the School Registrar:

  • Verification of Identity of Parent/Caregiver, Foster Parent– Driver’s License or Passport

  • Verification of Student’s Age—Birth Certificate or Passport

  • Verification of Residency—Mortgage Statement/Rental Agreement, AND an electric, gas or water/sewer bill (2 documents required)

  • Proof of Immunization—Current Immunization Records including the Tdap booster

  • High School Academic Transcript or middle school report card (for incoming 9th graders)

  • Any IEP/504/GATE/EL paperwork (if applicable)

 

Step 3:  Meet with your assigned Academic Advisor to choose courses for Fall 2016.  These individual appointments will be scheduled on the dates below.  For advanced math placement (above Algebra I), District testing is required. Math placement exams typically have dates offered in June, July & August. Please click here for the District Math Program website. 

 

New Student Course Selection Dates

  • July 18, 12:30pm-3:00pm
  • August 2, 8:00am-11:30am

 

Step 4:  Obtain a Registration Packet in July and attend the Freshman Walk-thru Registration Day in August.  Join your new classmates for Freshman Boot Camp in August.  Dates and details will be posted to our website at www.sctritons.com over the summer.
